Early life and education
Aylín Mújica began her performance training at the age of eight. Her early studies focused on classical ballet, folk dance, choreography, and music at the Escuela Nacional de Ballet.
As she grew older, she continued her professional development. At eighteen, she enrolled at the Instituto Superior de Artes to study dramatic art. She also studied at the Escuela Internacional de Cine in Havana, Cuba.
Starting her professional career
In 1992, she traveled to Mexico to begin her professional career. She worked as a model for television commercials and appeared in various music videos.
Her early appearances included videos for artists such as Marcelo Cezán, Willy Chirino, and Albita Rodríguez. During this period, she also gained attention for photo shoots in magazines like Interviú and H para Hombres.
Work with Telemundo
Aylín Mújica began working with the network Telemundo in 2006. She was considered for the villain role in the production Pecados ajenos, though she declined the part. She later appeared in the 2010 soap opera Aurora.
In 2012, she took on a significant role as the primary antagonist in Corazón valiente, playing the characters Fernanda del Castillo and Victoria. She also appeared in the 2014 soap opera Los miserables, acting as the antagonist to Gabriel Porras.
