Early life and career beginnings
Angela Renée White was born in Maryland on May 11, 1988. She eventually attended Johnson and Wales University in Providence. Her early career started in Miami, where she worked as a stripper at the King of Diamonds club. A radio host named Angela Yee noted her unique look, which helped build her early profile.
In 2010, she gained widespread attention after Drake mentioned her in his song Miss Me.
