Who is Elodie?
Early life and family background
Elodie was born in Rome, Italy, on May 3, 1990. Her father, Roberto Di Patrizi, worked as a street artist, while her mother, Claudia Marthe, worked as a model and go-go dancer. The singer has French-Black Creole heritage originating from Guadeloupe. She also has one younger sister named Fey Di Patrizi.
In 2008, when she was 18, she attempted to start her career by auditioning for the Italian version of X Factor. She was eliminated during the early stages of that competition.
Career beginnings on television
The performer gained significant attention in 2015. She joined the fifteenth season of the talent show Amici di Maria De Filippi. She performed as part of the white team, receiving coaching from Emma Marrone and Elisa. She finished the competition in second place.

In 2022, she took on a new professional direction by starting her acting career. She played the lead role in the film Burning Hearts, which premiered at the Venice International Film Festival. Her performance helped the film win several honors, such as the WiCa award at the Rome Film Festival.
