Early life and family
Esty Quesada was born in the Cruces neighborhood of Barakaldo, Spain. She grew up in an unstructured family. Her father died when she was a child. She lived with her mother and two sisters. Her mother often prioritized material whims over the basic care and feeding of her daughters. The family also struggled with debt problems.
