Early life and real name
Giovanna Ewbank was born as Giovanna Ewbank Baldacconi in São Paulo, Brazil. Her father is Roberto Baldacconi and her mother is Deborah Ewbank. Deborah is of Scottish descent. Roberto is the son of Piero Baldacconi, who was born in Florence, and Anna Tonini, who was born in Milan.
Acting and modeling career
Giovanna began acting in theater at twelve years old. She later studied at the University of Fashion. She took classes in theater, film, and TV acting. This led to her role as Marcinha in the TV series Workout.
In November 2007, she worked on a beachwear catalog for Bumbum designer. She appeared on the cover of Vizoo magazine in April 2008. During that same time, she also appeared on the cover of Corpo a Corpo.
In 2008, Giovanna debuted in the soap opera A Favorita on Rede Globo. She played a character named Sharon who was a call girl.
Television and digital work
In 2015, Giovanna Ewbank joined the team at Video Show. She worked as a reporter and occasional presenter. In July 2016, she left Globo because she did not receive a permanent contract.

Giovanna started dating Brazilian actor Bruno Gagliasso in 2008. They married in 2010. In July 2016, they adopted a two year old girl from Malawi named Chissomo, who they call Titi.
