Early life
Gustaf Skarsgård was born on November 12, 1980, in Maria Magdalena parish, Sweden. He grew up in a family with strong connections to the entertainment industry, as his father is the well known actor Stellan Skarsgård and his mother is My Skarsgård. Several of his siblings also pursued acting careers, including Alexander, Bill, Valter, and Kolbjörn.
From an early age, Gustaf decided to follow his father into the profession. He attended the Swedish National Academy of Mime and Acting to train for the stage and screen, building a strong foundation in theatrical and cinematic performance before taking on professional roles.
