Early life and family background
Bárbara Reyzábal González-Aller was born on March 29, 1982, in Madrid, Spain. Her parents were Teresa González-Aller Monterde and Fortunato Reyzábal Larrouy. During her youth, she studied piano, guitar, singing, and musical language. By the age of 16, she began recording cover versions of songs by artists such as Lara Fabian, Laura Pausini, and Christina Aguilera. This period established her early musical foundation before she pursued a professional career in the music industry.
Career beginnings and early projects
In 2001, she teamed up with Gonzalo Nuche to form a duo called Dos Puntos. They competed in the Benidorm International Song Festival, performing the song Abrazo del tiempo and securing second place. And placed 22nd in the final held in Stockholm, Sweden.
