Early life and education
Choi Tae-joon was born in Seoul, South Korea, on July 7, 1991. He holds South Korean nationality and grew up in his birth city.
For his higher education, he attended Chung-Ang University, where he pursued his studies before establishing his professional career in the entertainment industry.
Acting career highlights
Choi started his professional path as a child performer, appearing in the television series Piano in 2001. He later took on supporting roles in various television programs, including the fantasy drama Padam Padam and the web adaptation Puberty Medley.
In 2017, he played a villainous character in the disaster mystery series Missing 9, which earned him recognition at the Korea Drama Awards. He also appeared in the romance comedy program Suspicious Partner during the same year.
His subsequent work included starring in the youth film Eclipse in 2016 and taking on lead roles in the drama special Exit in 2018. He later starred in the romantic comedy series So I Married the Anti-fan.
