Early life and youth career
Jérémy Ménez was born in Longjumeau, France, and spent his childhood in Vitry-sur-Seine. His interest in football began through his father and older brother, who were both players. He started his path at the local club CA Vitry before moving to the Centre de Formation de Paris. This sporting academy focused on training players under the age of 19. During his five years there, he honed his technical abilities and began playing in the playmaker position.
