Early life and background
Taťána Kuchařová was born on December 23, 1987. Her place of birth is Trnava, which is currently located in Slovakia. During her upbringing, she lived in the town of Opočno, situated in the northern part of the Czech Republic. While attending a grammar school as a student, she entered the Czech Miss 2006 pageant. She won this national competition at eighteen years old. This initial victory allowed her to represent her country on the global stage at the Miss World 2006 event held in Warsaw, Poland.

After winning the national title, Taťána Kuchařová competed against 103 other contestants during the Miss World finals in Warsaw. She was selected by a panel of judges and television viewers. This win made her the first woman from the Czech Republic to secure the Miss World title. During the event, the president of Warsaw recognized her as an honorary ambassador of the city. She was asked to share a message of peace internationally.
