Kelli McCarty was born in Liberal, United States, on September sixth, nineteen sixty-nine. Growing up in her birthplace, she attended Liberal High School for her foundational education. After completing high school, she pursued further studies at the University of Kansas.
Miss USA and pageant success
Kelli entered the pageant world representing Kansas and won the national title of Miss USA in nineteen ninety-one. This victory marked the first time a contestant from Kansas secured the crown.
