Early life and modeling career
Lucy Pinder Katherine Pinder was born in Winchester, United Kingdom, on December 20, 1983. She began her modeling career in 2003 after a freelance photographer discovered her on Bournemouth beach. Following this discovery, she appeared in various tabloid newspapers and men's magazines, including the Daily Star, FHM, Loaded, and Nuts.
In 2007, she made her first topless appearance in Nuts and also wrote a weekly advice column for the publication titled The Truth About Women. Australian magazine Ralph declared that she possessed the best breasts in the world that same year. She also featured prominently on FHM magazine lists of the sexiest women in the world during the mid-2000s.
Television and reality shows
Lucy expanded her media presence through numerous television appearances. In 2004, she investigated ghosts and spirits on Living TV series I'm Famous and Frightened! At Bolsover Castle. She also appeared as a celebrity soccerette on Sky Sports show Soccer AM wearing a Southampton jersey and answered questions about modeling and football.
She competed on a special edition of The Weakest Link in September 2007 and later presented shows on Nuts TV and MTV channel TMF. In January 2009, Lucy entered the Celebrity Big Brother house for its sixth series. She became the first housemate voted out after spending eight days in the house.
Film career and acting roles
Lucy transitioned into professional acting in 2012 by securing a supporting role in the comedy horror film Strippers vs Werewolves. Four years later, she made her Bollywood debut in the action drama Waarrior Savitri as the character Candy. Her subsequent film credits included the American science fiction comedy disaster film Sharknado 5: Global Swarming and the British action movie Dangerous Game.
In 2021, she acted in the British romantic comedy Me, Myself and Di as Diana Vickers. The following year, she starred in the science fiction comedy film The Bystanders playing the role of Julia.
Charity work and personal life
Lucy has supported multiple charitable organizations throughout her career. She worked closely with wildlife conservation groups such as TigerTime, the David Shepherd Wildlife Foundation, and International Animal Rescue. Also, she volunteered with Cats Protection and served as a judge for the National Cat Awards in 2012.
Regarding her personal life, Lucy began a relationship with football manager Russell Martin in August 2024, and the couple married in February 2026. She is a known supporter of Southampton, the football team that Martin was managing when they first met.
