Mercedes McNab was born on March 14, 1980, in Vancouver, Canada. Her father is Bob McNab, who is a former English soccer player.
Acting career and famous roles
Mercedes McNab began her acting career with a small role as a girl scout in the 1991 movie The Addams Family. She later played the character Amanda Buckman in the 1993 sequel Addams Family Values. In 1997, she began appearing on the television series Buffy the Vampire Slayer. She originally auditioned for the title character, but she was cast as Harmony Kendall. She portrayed this high school student for 16 episodes over four years.
She continued the role of Harmony Kendall on the spin-off series Angel, which starred David Boreanaz. After appearing as a guest in the second season, she eventually became a series regular during the final season that aired between 2003 and 2004. Beyond these television projects, she appeared in other shows like Psych and Supernatural.
In 2007, Mercedes starred in the slasher film Hatchet, which was directed by Adam Green. She returned for the 2010 sequel Hatchet II.
